PPD Camp: Things To Do (Important)

1)      PPD Camp will be held in Ulu Sepri Negeri Sembilan, starting 1^st until 6^th of July 2012. We will leave from PPUKM on July 1st 2pm, not 9am. Please be alert.

2)      To all SSM group leaders, please brief your group members regarding mentoring programme. Make the  decision after MUASRM. The form will be given later.

3)      Go to e.learning and download the following:

      - Self Assessment Of Personal & Professional Conducts

      - Peer Assessment Of Personal & Professional Conducts

      - Study Guide Personal & Professional Development Module For Year V (FF5712)

4) Self Assessment Of Personal & Professional Conducts

     - Download this form, complete it and bring to PPD camp.

5) Reflective writing:

     - Topic for reflective writing: “Do I have what it takes to be a professional medical doctor one  year from now?”

     - Upload your reflective writing to e.learning before 1^st of July 2012 2359hrs.

     - Not more than 500 words, Arial font 12, single spacing, Ms Word 2003 format.

     - Submit only once.

6) Peer Assessment Of Personal & Professional Conducts

     - Download this form, print 4 or 5 copies (depends on the no.of your group members.

     - Write your name on each copy and give every group member 1 of the copies with your name on it

     - Assess your peer and then pass up the completed forms to SN Amiera at PPD Unit, Jabatan  Pendidikan  Perubatan UKM by June 22, 2012 (before 4.00pm).
